KNS series drainage pumping stations, pump rooms, repumping stations, septic drainage receivers




SIA “EkoStandarts Tehnoloģijas” manufactures and assembles KNS type pumping stations, pump rooms using polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), glass fibre (GRP) materials for the manufacture of housings, and high-quality concrete curbs or Euro curbs.

KNS – applications of drainage wastewater pumping stations:

Pumping stations are designed in accordance with height marks provided by the customer and the following internal diameters DI: 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000mm, 1200 mm, 1300 mm, 1500 mm, 1700 mm, 2000 mm, 2300mm, 2500 mm, as well as non-standard solutions.

Pumping and repumping stations are manufactured using the latest technology and materials certified by the Republic of Latvia and EU. Pumping stations are manufactured and tested in compliance with the following standards of the Republic of Latvia:

  • LVS EN 13598-2:2009 - Plastic piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage. Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part II: Specifications for manholes and inspection chambers in traffic areas and deep underground installations
  • LVS EN 12201-1:2012 - Plastics piping systems for water supply, and for drainage and sewerage under pressure. Polyethylene (PE). Part I
  • LVS EN 12050-1:2015 - Wastewater lifting plants for buildings and sites. Part I: Lifting plants for wastewater containing faecal matter

KNS series pumping stations consists of:

  • Housing made from PP, PE, PRP materials;
  • Self-anchoring feet;
  • Lid made from the base material (PP, PE or PRP);
  • Pumps and automatic feet selected by the customer;
  • Pumping guides and pressure pump made of stainless steel AISI 304;
  • Steps made of stainless steel AISI 304;
  • Waste receipt basket made of stainless steel AISI 304;
  • SIA “EkoStandarts Tehnoloģijas” manufactures automation, supplied with overflow level sensors, alarm GSM module

SIA “EkoStandarts Tehnoloģijas” provides a warranty for each manufactured pumping station (usually 2 years), but, if there is an agreement with the customer for additional service conditions, then the warranty period may be extended. SIA “EkoStandarts Tehnoloģijas” provides full service to its manufactured pumping stations, as well as monitoring and reconstruction of end-of-life pumping stations.
